Refund policy

Return Policy:

Turbotechs provides a 45-day money-back or item exchange (buyer’s choice) guarantee. The item(s) should be returned in the original packaging and in original condition in order to qualify for the refund/exchange, Buyer will be responsible for the return shipping. Please don’t refuse shipment without communication.

• Restocking Fee:
  We charge a 8% restocking fee for unopened items in brand new condition. If the item is opened, damaged, dirty, broken, or not in the original packaging, we may charge a higher restocking fee.

• Damaged Shipments:
  Please file a claim with the carrier if the goods arrive in a damaged condition. At the same time, please notify Turbotechs with pertinent information.

• Shortage or Discrepancy Claim:
  Shortage or Discrepancy Claims must be reported within 72 hours of receipt of goods. Turbotechs will either issue a credit or send a replacement(s) at no charge. Please send an email to us for instructions on how to address shortages or discrepancies.
